Tooth Whitening

There are several ways, which can be used to lighten the colour of your teeth.
For mild staining, a visit to the hygienist to polish the teeth will often restore their natural colour.

Whitening toothpastes unfortunately have little effect. 

Over time, stains such as tea and red wine percolate through the porous tooth structure causing discolouration. We can either bleach the teeth ‘in house’ using a laser light on bleaching gel applied to your teeth or more easily you can whiten the teeth at home by using a bleaching kit which is used in custom made dental trays. Approximately five to ten applications each of one and a half  hours or overnight will achieve the desired transformation.

The effects of bleaching are significant and can whiten your teeth by several shades. This can make the teeth much more attractive and youthful giving you back your confident smile.
